Both cottages are accessed off the A5 down a private drive leading to a secluded car park. Access to the cottages from the car park is along a concrete path wide enough for a wheel chair. The path is clear of objects, well lit, gradually rising to the cottage entrance. Sliding patio doors from decking takes you directly into the lounge. There are no steps between the car park and the lounge
- All facilities are on the ground floor, kitchen, lounge, bathroom and one twin room. There is a further double room upstairs
- A comfortable lounge with a firm high backed chair
- Light switches at waist height
- Bathroom grab rails, high toilet, shower with half height shower screen and shower chair
- Door widths suitable for wheel chair access
- Floor surfaces are slate with rugs over which can be removed if required
- Both audible and vibrating alarm system
